China has produced mobiles phones working from the sea satellite
26 July 2007These days China has officially presented cellular telephones which work from the sea satellite. It was informed by the Transport and Communications Center of the Chinese People’s Republic.
It is known, that the new mobile phone which works from the sea satellite, has sizes similar to the usual mobile phone. Its weight is 7,7 oz, and charged battery life is up to 42 hours.
Also it is informed, that the novelty can be connected to GPS, send and accept SMS. Cost of 1 minute of conversation by such phone will make less than 1 US dollar.
According to developers, such innovation will allow to refuse heavy telephone terminals. And also with the help of the sea satellite mobile communication users can receive independently and easily all services necessary for them in uninhabited places, and even in the open ocean, there where mobile communication is unavailable.
