JVC has presented iPod-enabled plasma TVs
10 January 2008Japanese company JVC has announced new generation of home plasma and liquid crystal TVs which are equipped with ports for installation of Apple iPod players. In the company informed, that TVs are not only chargers for players, but also completely support work with it. Henceforth, by means of the new TVs user will be able not only to watch the recordings in player’s memory, but also to hear them through TV’s loud speakers or home theater.
New TVs will be supplied together with remote controls for iPod players.
Developers say that first two models of players - 32 and 42 inches will be available since March, 2008, the 47-inch model will appear in April, and the 52-inch variant will appear on sale in the middle of 2008. The prices for TVs are not informed yet.
