The tiniest liquid crystal SVGA-display
17 January 2008American company Kopin which is engaged in manufacture of microdisplays, has declared creation of the tiniest liquid crystal SVGA-display, informed Digitimes.
The new display of the American company makes on a diagonal about 0,44 inches, and supports the resolution 800 x 600 pixels. As to energy consumption, CyberDisplay SVGA LVS consumes 30 percent less energy, than its SVGA-predecessor.
The previous model of Kopin’s SVGA-display was 0,59 inches. Besides, the American company is the creator of the VGA-display (resolution 640 x 480 pixels) with a diagonal 0,44 inches.
