SonyEricsson has created iPhone’s competitor

SonyEricsson has presented smartphone Xperia X1 with three inch touch display and QWERTY-keyboard. The device will be one of the main competitors for the popular Apple iPhone.
So, SonyEricsson’s device has resolution 800 x 480, while iPhone only 480 x320. iPhone has built-in 2-Mpixel camera, and Xperia - 3,2. Xperia X1 is 10 g heavier than iPhone.

SonyEricsson’s smartphone uses Windows Mobile 6 and has only - 400 MB memory.

Preliminary terms of entering the market and price of Xperia X1 are not informed.

This one is not the first iPhone’s competitor. For example, Garmin, making navigators, prepares for putting on the market nuviphone in the third quarter of 2008. The last, in addition to the majority of iPhone’s functions, has GPS-navigator with maps of the USA and Europe.
