Say hello to 725-gramme laptop
5 June 2009Company NEC has presented 10-inch netbook VersaPro UltraLite Type VS, which weigh makes just 725 grams. The width of the case of this laptop does not exceed 30 millimeters.
VersaPro UltraLite Type VS is equipped with Intel Atom Z540 processor. Volume of operative memory makes 1 Gb.
Netbook will be on sale in Japan in July. As it has become known, the price of VersaPro UltraLite Type VS under the advanced order will make about $1000, the retail price will make $1850.
NEC VersaPro UltraLite Type VS is one of the most compact netbooks. For example, Sony Vaio P weights 635 grams, and South Korean five-inch netbook mbook weigh 315 grams.
