Laptop NEC VERSA S3200
5 April 2007The novelty - compact decision of 1,96 kg, equipped with 13,3 ” large-format display.
Technology NEC Super Shine View (SSV), according to the producer, allows to achieve higher brightness and contrast in comparison with the displays usually set in mobile personal computers.
VERSA S3200 is equipped with a quartet of loud speakers, located in three directions, there is an optical audio-output, has traditional today DVD-recorder.
From additional equipment we shall note 1,3-Mpixel web-camera and some additional keys for fast access to Internet, e-mail, search, etc.
It is interesting, that according to the manufacturer, VERSA S3200 does not concern platform Napa Refresh – it has out-of-date Intel Core Duo processor (if it not a typing error) and chipset Intel 945GM Express. The wireless controller will provide data transmission through Wi-Fi 802.11b/g.
RAM and hard disk capacity is unknown, but without any risk to be mistaken we may assume that it may be working memory 512 Mb - 2 Gb and HDD of 60-120 Gb.
Price is unknown yet. In the Asian market NEC VERSA S3200 will appear in April, about other regions nothing is informed yet.
