7 February 2007

Olympus has produced a new photo camera for amateur shooting called FE – 250.

The main innovation is the brand new “Bright Capture” feature. With the help of this ability the developers reached a photosensitivity of 10000 ISO. It gives an opportunity to make high quality photos even under bad illumination conditions. The maximal value of photosensitivity is ISO 3200. Besides, the camera is characterized by a great number of equipped modes such as “sport?, “candle light?, “portrait? etc.

A large liquid crystal display with a diagonal of 2,5 inches (230000 pixels) is used as a view finder. A minimal distance between a photographer and the object is 60 centimetres in the ordinary mode and 10 centimetres at the “super – macro? one. The balance of white can be set automatically or by hand.

Olympus FE – 250 is supplied with the integrated flash storage with capacity of 20 Mb, 4x digital zoom, timer, multilingual interface (25 languages) and user friendly management system. The processor TruePic TURBO is intended for photos processing. Its dimensions are 94 x 56,5 x 22,3 mm and the mass is 115 grams.
