DELL Latitude D630 - Intel Santa Rosa laptop

Global transition to Intel Santa Rosa platform has touched DELL Company. Americans announced their model Latitude D630.
The novelty will be manufactured in two variations - on the basis of GM965 chipset and PM965 with processors Core 2 Duo support. Also consumers will be able to choose screens with different resolutions: 1280?800 or 1440?900. Uniform will be only graphic constituent - integrated video core set Intel GMAX3100. However, version with a discrete videocard is possible. RAM volume can be increased up to 4 GB.
On default Latitude D630 will receive a standard communication set: Wi-Fi b/g module, controller Ethernet and 56k modem. Optionally Wi-Fi adapters and Bluetooth will be available. But the situation with a data carrier is not clear yet. It is rumored, that D630 initially will be created with hard SSD - winchester for flash-memory. However, variants with a hybrid hard disk and usual HDD are mentioned also.
For the time being this is all known about Latitude D630. Price and time of entering the market will be informed a little bit later.
