Prototype of the world’s thinnest laptop
30 May 2007Intel Company claims that it is going to produce the world’s thinnest laptop named Metro. The novelty will be focused on the market of fashionable gadgets.
It is informed, that thickness of a novelty will make only 0,67 inches, and the weight – about 2,20 lbs. Also this laptop will have all modern functions and all possible adapters for connection to wireless networks.
The future thinnest laptop exists only as the prototype and the company does not disclose its technical specifications.
Though some Internets - editions have declared, referring on sources in Intel Company that the working model of Metro will come into the market already at the end of the current year.
As it is known, for the time being the world’s thinnest laptop is Sony Vaio x505 which is 0,8268 inches thick.
